8 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Health-related information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the broker referral process, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and contractual security requirements for our vendors.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11 Children's Privacy

Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
